The trip is an enticing blend of trekking along the capricious rugged mountains terrains as well as comfy cruises to the mystical Buddhist cultural towns, which makes it possible for you to witness Bhutan’s cultural and natural grandeur. The trip commences from the scenic Paro Valley, with an interesting and informative sightseeing, where we visit the famed Drugyel Dzong, followed by a drive to Thimphu. After touring around Thimphu, the prudent capital of Bhutan, we drive across several picturesque passes like Dochu La (3116m), Tsele La (3320m) and Sobju La (3390m) into Gangtey, from where we begin our trek, which continues for few days until we reach Chhuzomsa. From here, we drive to the subtropical valley of Punakha and then back to Thimpu. En route relish the startling views of Jichu Drake (6989m) and Tshrim Khang (6789m). At Thimpu, we head for an exciting hike to the Tiger Nest Monastery (3120m) and drive back to Paro, from where we board our flight to Kathmandu the next day.
